Best Paper Award for IT Dept. PhD student Darren Doherty was awarded a best paper award at the 9th International Conference 9th on Computer Games: AI, Animation, Mobile, Educational & Serious Games. The paper Evolving Tactical Behaviours for Teams of Agents in Single Player Action Games describes Darren's current research in the use of Evolutionary Computation in computer games. Darren is continuing his research in the Computational Intelligence Research Group .
